Two Yashica full auto camera’s (read) 1 fully functional 1 spare for parts

Two yashica full auto film camera’s with original yashica case and neckstraps. Camera #1 is full functional comes with lens cap/protector and a kalta 1 a 40.5mm filter a new batteries and an EXPIRED roll of kodak 400 24exp color film. Flash works film speed ajustable on the front of camera.
Camera #2 is not functioning correctly when batteries are placed in the camera and the shutter button is pressed you hear the camera advancing, but no shutter sound. This camera can be fixed or kept as a spare for parts.
