Alcatel-Lucent 9929 Distributed Base Station Outdoor Field Upgrade Kit. Comes with fan and an instruction booklet. Made for the CDMA Base Station, however can be used for DIY projects. I have 2 Fans kits, can bundle if asked.
(These are not sold outside of official Alcatel-Lucent business handlings, thus are very rare to come by. I have these due to a distrubutors liquidation. Their value is based on similar models.
