Total of 4 discs, no box. All Discs have several scratches and several fingerprint marks, disc 4 has the most scratches (unable to get capture on camera, sorry). But no major issues when playing! Cases has shelf wear and creasing. Case # 2 is cracked and Case #4 is broken on the bottom
